Version 2.23 ==================================================================

Corrected a problem that was not allowing Skip to be checked.

Reenabled the Sort menu on the Memories, Limit Memories and One Touch Memories.

Added check box on Setup Com Port screen that when check the dropdown will only
show available comport and if an RT Systems cable is plugged into the comport 
then that comport will be selected after the hourglass cursor goes away.

Version 2.22 ==================================================================

Added message when Sending data to the radio and an error occurs after the 
header is sent.  The message warns that the hardware information in the file
does not match the radio.

Made changes to make the Get Data From screen appear quicker.

Version 2.21 Second Release ==================================================

Corrected the patch installation to properly install the contents for the Help file. 
This correction clears up the Contents that apprear as unrecognizable characters
on the left side of the Help screen. Run the patch again for the fix. 

No changes were made to the programmer other than to the Help Contents with this 
patch. 


Version 2.21 ==================================================================

Changed the code for DTMF to correctly handle all the characters going to and 
from the radio.  The software will allow either the * or # for E and F or 
E and F and be entered.  However when reading data from the radio E is changed 
to * and F is changed to #.

Removed the Memory Group tab and added columns in the Memory tab for the banks.

Added a new menu item under View labeled Bank Settings.  When Bank Settings is 
selected all the columns except Rx Frequency, Name, Banks 1 thru 9 and Comment 
are hidden to make it easier to view the channels that are in the banks.  
A check is added to Bank Settings to indicate that the screen is in that mode. 
To revert to standard view click on Bank Settings again and the all the columns
are shown and the check is removed.

Version 2.20 ==================================================================

Corrected a problem with sending a new file or a file from an unmodified radio 
to a modified radio.

Version 2.19 ==================================================================

Added check box to the first screen of the setting screens to handle the
Mon-F Change function for Misc Setup Menu #4.  When the check box is checked 
the Moni button and the MonF button are reversed.
