Modified the comm routines for faster computers.

Changed routine that reads the data from the grid to validate the data for
combo box and if the data is not validate then set it to a default value.

Version 2.06 ==================================================================

Trailing spaces are removed for the name after converting from the radio format.

Corrected code that convert the names from the radio format to return the data 
stored in the buffer instead of the pointer to a null terminater.


Version 2.05 ==================================================================

Made the comment column wider to show more characters.

RX Frequencies between 146.6 and 147 were being ignored when attempting to 
automatically calculate the TX Frequency for an auto repeater shift. So added 
the range into the decision loop that determine offset direction. Now TX 
frequencies are correctly calculated and the offset direction is set to minus.

Added support for using the decimal separator as defined in the regional 
settings in control panel. Any place that a number contains a decimal will now 
show the proper separator.

Enables use of the programmer with a modified radio.
