Made the Read Data From screen display quicker.

Corrected the CWID to handle the character Z when saving and opening the file.  Also 
changed the CWID to only convert lower case characters to upper case when a character 
is entered.

Changed the code the converts the radio frequency data and displays the data to the 
screen so that frequencies below 1 MHz are displayed properly.
