Corrected a problem that was cause the name in the Home channels not to display
when viewing an existing Home channel with a name.

Change the code to ensure that the Rx and Tx frequencies are programed before 
using the data in the column.  Also change the logic so that no data can be 
edited in a row (or memory channel) until an Rx Frequency is enter. 

Added a message when attempt to edit Tx Step and Offset direction is not Split.  
"The offset direction must be set to Split before editing Tx Step"


Changed the label for the Dimmer to Brightest on the left on Darkest on the 
right.

Corrected the code so the Skip setting will go the radio and cause the channel
to be skipped while scanning.

Added Name field for Home channels

Corrected caption on VFO and Home to show the current channel being edited.

Corrected a problem with characters showing on the radio for the name even
though the name field was not edited in the programmer.


Version 2.07 ==================================================================

Use of the programmer with odd-split frequency pairs in memory channels.

Separate counts of memory channels on the UHF and VFH sides. If your radio is 
set for a count other than the default, reading from the radio will set this 
paramater in the programmer.

Band scan limits are included at the bottom of the UHF and VHF memory lists as 
L1/U1, etc. pairs.
