Corrected a problem when using a USB to Serial Port adapter to read the data 
from the radio.

Added validation to check and correct data before sending to the radio.

Version 2.11 ==================================================================

Added message when Sending data to the radio and an error occurs after the 
header is sent.  The message warns that the hardware information in the file
does not match the radio.

Made changes to make the Get Data From screen appear quicker.

Corrected a problem that allowed corrupted data to be sent to the radio causing 
the Voltage to be display at startup and requiring pressing the MHz button to 
restore the display.
