Version 2.12

Correct a problem with adding memories to the radio from the radio key pad after programming with the software.  
This problem occurred after editing the VFO data in the software and then sending that file to the radio. 
When using the edited VFO to save a new memory to the radio it would not save the data correctly.  However if another 
VFO was used to program the memory then the data would save in the memory channels.
